Michael A. Holloway, DC

Dr. Michael A. Holloway is a native of San Antonio where he attended almost exclusively Catholic private school. Following high school, he entered the U.S. Army under the GI bill & college fund program before returning home to begin his college education. He attended The University of Texas at San Antonio where he received his first bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Biology (pre-med program). He subsequently received another Bachelor's degree in Anatomy from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas before going on to complete his doctorate in chiropractic. Dr. Holloway graduated Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic in late 2001 and immediately returned to San Antonio to open his own clinic, Holloway Chiropractic. He has been practicing in San Antonio since early 2002. Since he began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Holloway has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care. He is well-trained and versed in extremity adjusting (shoulder, rib, knee, foot, etc.) and various rehabilitation techniques. Additionally, he is certified as an Applied Clinical Nutritionist and regularly counsels patients on whole-food supplementation, herbals, systemic detoxification/purification, and dietary plans. When he is not doing continuing education, his extracurricular interests include various forms of exercise, martial arts, and drums/music.
